viruses all around

I have a virus. And so does my computer. But i'm pretty sure my computer has it worse than me. I knew I was getting sick about a week ago when i was exhausted alllllllllll the time. i seriously couldn't get enough sleep. i could sleep 8 hours and feel as though I slept 2. It might be because I've been waking up at 5:45 every morning. This is a ginormous change from the past 5 years of my life during which i woke up around noon. so this new way of life...being all responsible and having productive days.....just not diggin' it. I need a career that allows me to sleep until at least 11. i'm so good at that.

so anyway, im sick now. i have a cold. but it's not that bad. just a little stuffy with a constant headache and a sore throat and a continuous feeling of nausea. i'll get over it. but my COMPUTER. someone help it. what a piece of crap. i cant even go anywhere on the internet without this huge pop up thing coming up, and you can't close it until it counts down from 10. and then when you do close it, a million little pop-ups pop up. and everytime you close one, a new one pops up. so i end up sitting there for at least 10 minutes closing out windows until i can finally see what i want to see. i feel like im playing that hit the gopher game at chuck e cheese. it's all very annoying.

in fact, i bet once i try to publish this blog, it's going to happen. and then this will all erase and i'll have to rewrite it. i bet you.

today was an o.k. day. my university supervisor came to watch me teach. the kids were actually behaving better with her in there. one girl whispered to me, 'Ms. K, is that your teacher?' and i nodded yes. so she whispered to everyone around her to be quiet so i'll get a good grade. hahha. it was kind of sweet. my supervisor told me she feels bad for me and not to give up on teaching because of this placement. that made me feel better.

anyway, enough of the blogging. i've gotta get some groceries in the apt. because im down to a package of string cheese. then i've gotta come up with a stellar lesson plan for tomorrow. oh this is all so much fun.
